WHERE DOES THE TRAINING TAKE PLACE?

Most of my clients are directly from Birmingham or the surrounding areas. We can have full workout sessions at your own home, jog together through the city parks and work out together at a fitness studio I trust. That does not mean, however, that I do not sometimes take longer trips to get to know new running paths in your area. Just contact me. I am sure we will find a solution!

AM I A PROFESSIONAL TRAINER?

Yes. I studied Personal Training at various colleges and have been working as a Professional PT for 3+ years. All Certificates, Public Liability, First Aid and CRB Papers can be viewed on demand.

WHY SHOULD I SPEND MONEY ON A PERSONAL TRAINER? I CAN DO IT BY MYSELF.

Of course you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training programme with you that corresponds to your requirements, problems and goals. I will mainly be your advisor. I can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. Also I can recommend running paths or the right exercise. But most importantly, I will help you feel better about yourself!

HOW OFTEN DO I HAVE TO OR CAN I TRAIN WITH YOU?

That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are to your goals. Usually, I train with my clients twice a week and develop a homework session for them to complete.
